Here is a video that shows another well known manufacturer having reliability issues. The older Neptune’s seem to be built better than today’s washers as manufacturers try to reduce costs. Sure, everyone loves to pay less for appliances. However, the longevity of those appliances will probably be shortened. There is a trade off.
